Hints of a couple in shared moments add subtle storytelling without making the human subjects the focus. The series emphasizes how the shoes function across different environments, pairing practical design with approachable, lifestyle-focused aesthetics while nodding to the brand’s sustainable values.

Birkenstock Catalog

Party Animals is a three-piece watercolor series exploring cohesion through repeated visual elements. Each piece features an animal wearing a party hat and blowing bubbles, creating a playful and celebratory mood across the series. The project focuses on maintaining stylistic consistency while exploring color, form, and whimsy in watercolor. By uniting the pieces through shared themes and motifs, the series demonstrates both technical skill and creative storytelling within a cohesive framework.

Party Animals

This series presents Warby Parker eyewear in a classic, timeless lifestyle setting. The images feature a couple enjoying simple moments like reading, relaxing, and sharing quiet time together, while wearing the glasses. The project emphasizes comfort, style, and the way eyewear can naturally complement everyday life. By blending a nostalgic, elegant aesthetic with contemporary product focus, the series conveys warmth, connection, and the enduring appeal of functional yet stylish design.

Warby Parker

Form. Function. Fun. is a speculative advertising series created as part of a design project exploring brand identity through physical construction. Using Birkenstock as the subject, each ad is composed entirely of tangible materials, including wine corks, cork board, rocks, flowers, and straps repurposed from an old pair of sandals. The series emphasizes the brand’s balance of form and function while introducing an element of play and personalization. By working with sustainable and reused materials, the project reflects Birkenstock’s values of durability, comfort, and environmental responsibility, while demonstrating how the footwear can be both practical and expressive.

Form. Function. Fun.

This piece is a watercolor reproduction based on a photographic reference. The goal of the project was to translate photographic detail into paint while maintaining accuracy in value, color, and proportion. Emphasis was placed on careful observation, layering, and control of the watercolor medium in order to recreate the depth and clarity of the original image.

Oranges

For this project, each student was randomly assigned an iconic illustrator from the period of 1880–1980. I was assigned Alphonse Mucha! This reproduction focuses on capturing Mucha’s distinctive Art Nouveau style, particularly his decorative line work, stylized figure, and balanced color palette.

Historical Artist

A comprehensive brand identity for Glide, a family-focused airline designed to make flying with kids joyful rather than stressful. The visual system centers on a flying squirrel mascot and soft, approachable illustrations that capture the wonder of flight through a child's eyes. Deliverables included arethe planes, luggage tags, marketing posters, food boxes, a "Glide Airline Kid" pin, and more. All unified by whimsical typography and a cheerful blue, blue, and white color palette.
